We bought a home earlier this year from Clayton and we love our house. We loved more how accommodating Donald and Chris were. We recommend friends to Clayton homes when they are talking about buying land.
Chris and Donald (ask for Donald when you visit Clayton – Chris is the manager) are great to work with. I ordered the Norris Woodbridge II as a 32x60 mod with several upgrades. The house is well-built and the HVAC system they provided with the house is plenty big enough. I upgraded the kitchen appliances to the Frigidaire stainless steel package they offer and have had no problems with them. I would recommend Clayton Homes of Cookeville. We had a good experience. Everyone was very nice. I highly recommend Donald Monday. He was kind and answered all of our questions. He did a very good job guiding us through the process. We have been in our home a few weeks and are very happy with it. I love to decorate, and I was very happy that I got to pick out the colors and cabinets of my choice.
Informed staff that go out of their way to see to their customers needs. Also, a quality home that is professionally set-up and installed, beautifully appointed and comfortable to live in. Connie and I are way more than just satisfied.
