Highly recommend Clayton Homes of Cookeville. David and Chris were so helpful. We would recommend them 100 times over. We went through a lot in our personal life trying to get our home ready and they were there for us business wise and personally. Great team and beautiful floor plans. If you are looking for a company to help with your needs they are the place to go! They helped lead us in the right direction every step of the way!

I purchased a home for my disabled son(he is in a wheelchair) the end of January. It has been a nightmare from day one. It is now uninhabitable due to the leaky roof causing mold. Chris Bragg the general manager wasn’t even decent enough to have his service people put a tarp over the roof. He told me he would have an answer for me last Monday, which didn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend Clayton Homes if my life depended on it. New 2020 home. The marriage line has cracks in the ceiling. Cracks in the walls. One bathroom has broken curtain rod ( I know it’s replaceable but I shouldn’t have to). The cleaning people left painters tape on the ceiling. My laundry floors float up when I close the door because of the a/c return. The mantel on the fireplace is unlevel. There are unlevel spots in the floor, so I have wedges under my furniture. So glad to have gotten our home from Clayton Homes of Cookeville. Donald and Chris were available to us every step of the way. If we had worries or issues they helped us get them addressed and handled so that we were confident in what needed to be done for our home to be delivered and set as fast as Mother Nature would allow! So glad we now get to enjoy our dream home!
