We bought our home in November. Gene Yinger, Jeff and every contractor went out of their way to get us in our home quickly. Truly a great bunch of people. Gene put up with me texting him several times a day during the entire 3 month process with questions, I can’t thank him enough!
Nightmare!!!! Still in process of trying to move into the home that Clayton is advising is ok to live in before getting the seal of approval from Ohio. State of Ohio has advised not to live here until issues are corrected. Thankfully the Ohio investigators are helping out. House was put on 6 feet of fill dirt without concrete footers or foundation. We are sinking in mud. The inside of the home is getting damage from the settling. Manager wants to place issues on the dozer work not being done the proper way but the dozed guy ... read more
Clayton mcg homes are pure garbage. Built with the lowest quality materials and sold by unscrupulous thieves.
We just got our new home and I love it and the employees are great!
Our sales manager in Greyson KY fed us multiple lies and was very dishonest about many things with our home. Everything was great until our house was set up. Then he did not want to take care of promises and warranty work as we found issues. I believe his name was Jeff
amazing deals and amazing people! love how the staff are so patient and willing to help find what customers are looking for.
I bought my Mother an absolutely beautiful home from Clayton’s of Grayson and could not have been treated better by anyone. The were not only professional but kind, compassionate, and caring!! Thanks guys for all you do!!
They are terrible. Don’t fix nothing. Won’t call you back or even answer text messages.
