I have had nothing but trouble from them since I bought my house off of them almost 2 years ago. I haven’t had it for very long and it’s already falling apart. I have shingles falling off my roof where they didn’t put it together good and they are not wanting to fix it. I already have told several people to not buy from them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them

I talked to Clayton Homes about The Hampton (27DSP28763BH) they left in Pineville, and they were nice enough to state where it's going and the price of moving. It might have black mold, but it's a beautiful home! I'll be in touch hopefully before they sell the modular home.
