I purchased a 2017 Clayton home, and its by far the worst built home I've ever lived, there is no way in hell, I'd ever!! purchase another one, and I sure as hell wouldn't recommend one to anyone else, worst craftsmanship I've ever seen in the my 61 years, you definitely get what you pay for SHIT!!!
