bought a Pickwick home from Clayton homes of l.c. was nothing but trouble in the first year cabinets , fell apart, dishwasher never did work service man came out 3 times finally gave up on it working , a/c started leaking had to replace all flooring in kitchen and halls . nightmare experience !

We had a great experience with our sales person Ms. Tammie Price when we were looking for a home for my mom, Tammie treated us with professionalism and kindness. We explained that my father had passed away and that my mom had to downsize due to being unable to maintain their home and property and we needed something to put on our land so she could be close to us but maintain her independence.
