They make you feel good about buying from them. I have called repeatedly and so has my son. The Manager David promised to take care of it. Still nothing. Soon as you give them your list of things that need repaired. They are no where to be found. They Blame waiting for the manufacture to do repairs. Which is in another town. May get lengthy but here goes my experience with the Clayton Homes family in Alvin, Tx. My wife and I shopped around at two other manufactured home centers in the South Houston area, but decided to look locally in Alvin to see what they have to offer. Yes, they all do have nice floor plans but we finally decided on what we wanted. The Decision Maker was the one for us.
