Poor work! Not even 2nd year in my mobile home and everything is falling apart. Told them multiple times before our insurance went out what needed to be fixed because of poor work and never got fixed. wouldn't recommend

Do not ever buy from Clayton Homes! They do not uphold their word on anything! We never got our first walk through until almost two years later and they never finished anything! We had to contact Corporate to have them force our local sale home to come out and do it. We have contacted the manufacturer to fix our cabinets that were never level and to repaint our house that is two toned but have yet to hear back. The people who work in the local home center are horrible! Be warned!
We were vary satisfy with are visit at Alvin Clayton homes (Belinda Perez) was very nice, polite to us She show us a couple of homes 🏡 she answer all of are questions and are concerns about the home. We will really recommend to go to here in your new home 🏠 purchase We will definitely come to her again.
We( me and my wife) had a great experience getting our first home at Clayton homes. Staff was nice. Especially dealing with Belinda Perez,she took very good care of us throughout the whole process of getting our home. Her manager was a nice guy also. Thank you ,Clayton homes. I definitely recommend this place.
What happened to customer service in this world?? Pulled over at Clayton Homes in Alvin to pass Joshua off to his Grandma for the weekend, and he needed a bottle, so it took us a moment. The owner or manager or whoever he was came out arms flying around yelling at us to leave right now, and we can’t be there. Never mind that it’s two women and a baby, we might have needed some help he had no idea... How horrific this guy felt the need to yell very aggressively at couple of ladies trying to tend to an already upset child. I h... read more
They are very honest and deliver what they say they will. I shopped several and dealing with Randy, I found he was very honest and straight forward. Go talk to him and you will feel that he really cares
