We were approved and was told our down payment amount, picked a home we liked got the estimates and a 78000 home ended up being 116000! We already have pad septic and water and they said that would save us money, but yet we was gonna have to come up with 40000 by the time they came up with all this other extra stuff. Delivery and setup was gonna be 10000 plus they were gonna charge 3500 just for the trim um I think that's considered setup! I don't recommend this place bunch of crooks
