Posting for a friend of mine. "Buying a home from claytons is the WORST decision you could ever make. DO NOT give them business. We have an issue with our home and today the nice gentleman I talked to proceeded to tell me that, "This isn't my problem, it's yours and you are just being a nasty bitch." Then hung up on me. Is this how you do business Clayton homes? If you want to be treated like shit then I suggest using them. If not, take your business elsewhere."
Good luck getting anyone to call you back. We inquired several times then 3 days later someone finally called us back. Went looked filled out papers and now cant get anyone to call us again. Worst communication ever!
