We came to look at homes and the male salesman was very nice to talk to. We told them one we liked and told them the land we was looking at and gave them all the info and despite 2 phone calls and none being returned we never heard back from them on how much it would all be total for home, land, moving and set up. Obviously they did not want business or a sale that bad. We was ready to fill out all necessary paperwork to move into the home we liked.

We have been going through the process of getting our forever home since January. The first face we seen was Amber Woodruff's. She has been so good to us and has been a saint for putting up with me! Amber and the rest of the Alcoa Clayton homes center (Malia) have been amazing. A big thank you and a hug!!!

Amber woodruff met us at the front door the first day we got there. She is super nice and caring and was very excited for us since it was our first buy being married. She led us through all of our concerns about buying and is very businesslike minded but also there to carry out your wishes with a smile. Its been almost a year now and we still keep in contact about how things are going with our new home and land purchase!
