terrible customer service after deliver. 6 months into it and no problems resolved. water under my house and sales manager acted like he was unaware. rob still says my perimeter drain works but there is water under my house. guess I will have to sue them since they wont answer the phone.
RecommendedThese folks were so helpful in helping us choose the best home for us. They answered all of our questions and worked with us in getting it established on our property as soon as the weather permitted. They have been here to help with any corrections that we have required. This is a wonderful group of people to deal with.

Called a few weeks back, Jake Zide is who I dealt with. He was awesome, they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. I made the 93mile drive and bam done. My new home will arrive next week. Awesome company so far, Jake is hands down a great person to deal with.
They have been wonderful in getting my husband and I our dream home. Everyone is so nice, and they keep you updated on the whole process. We couldnt be more appreciative of what they have done for us. Thank you Clayton Homes for getting us our dream home.
I bought a mobile home from Clayton Homes in Belpre, Ohio. I wouldn't advise anyone to. They had the nerve to call my aunt irate in an unprofessional manner because I've been living in their mobile home I've paid a huge lump of cash for without A/C for 2 weeks in 85 degree weather. I have 2 small children, one with health issues, and they stated I'd be waiting longer.
