RecommendedI would highly recommend Clayton Homes of Belpre!! Their whole team was so helpful during our entire experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered every question and concern we had. Matt, the general manager, was extremely courteous and I was happy to do business with him. He still keeps in contact to make sure everything is still going well and we are completely satisfied with our new home. If I ever have to buy another home, I will absolutely purchase it from Clayton Homes!
We bought our home from Clayton's around 10 years ago and around most of the windows there is water damage that has made the wood rot. They only put a little piece of insulation backing paper under corner of window which did not keep water off of wood. Now I have to take siding and windows out to repair damage.
clayton homes were wonderful people to work with.They went above and beyond in every thing.Matt and his crew were there at every move.I would recommend Clayton home to any one who is looking to buy a home. Thank you Matt and all who work so hard to get us in this beautiful home.
My experience has been very professional and helpful with all of the staff.Purchased my new home in October of 2018 and the weather has not been very good to finish everything.My work schedule was also very busy but the people at Clayton homes of Belpre stood by their word and went out of their way to get things done for me and my family very happy with my experience and also my purchase.
Staff are very nice and helpful. I love my new single wide home!! I feel like I am in a regular house. The single wide homes are so much bigger and nicer now!! Very roomy. Nice home with a lower house payment every month!! 😊
if the new sales tactic is draw people in with descent prices.... $40000 for a nice 16x 72(not bad)... then proceed to tell me that it is $15000 for delivery and installation????!!!!??? wow not going work I'm afraid!!
Professional and caring sales staff, go above and beyond to help you. The staff doesn't forget who you are or where you are after. you buy, very friendly people. I would recommend Clayton Homes to anyone looking in to a manufactured home you won't be sorry.
