We bought a house from Clayton Homes back in July of 2016 from Jeannie Waldrep I called them this past Thursday after I noticed a crack in my ceiling. Bruce was very professional over the phone and assured that someone would be out to take care of it. A few days later, Donnie and his helper were out to the house and made their repairs. Everything looks amazing. Thank y’all so much for the quick response and for fixing the problem so quickly !!
Clayton Homes of Decatur Does a Service Manager seriously get to tell a customer that they are done dealing with them. We BOUGHT a 5 year warranty!!
Actually fix the issues with the homes! They've lied to us upon signing papers, stating our home is under warranty for 5 years and they will fix or replace the items. Our trim has all came off, and we have small children in our home, so exposed nails are very dangerous, as well as my mother in laws home, all of her cabinets are peeling and soft, to which the General Manager Doug, told her it was from mopping her floors and she wasn't supposed to mop! this is beyond ridiculous!
