Great service, knowledgeable Ms. Johnson was very personable.
If you have dealt with Clayton in the past in Decatur and had a bad experience, give it another shot if you're in the market. The new manager Doug is very straight forward with a nothing to hide attitude. He seems to really care about helping the customer over his own profit. Our whole experience with him and his sales rep Chad as well as the rest of the team has been exceptional.
Piss poor. They like to put you out every chance they get. I have put in four homes in the past and never have I dealt with more unprofessional and lazy people. Nobody can get anything done. Way to go on putting a disabled family out on the streets for over a month while you sit and do nothing.
Was thinking about purchasing a triple wide from this place - But now - Definitely not - Thanks for the reviews !!
PRODUCTION OF THE MOBILE HOMES ARE POORLY BUILT, 6 TIMES ALREADY THEY HAVE HAD TO COME OUT AND CORRECT SOMETHING.
