RecommendedWe have had a great experience. Brenda, Jody, Trish, and their service team, have been great to work with. The service team is AWESOME! As with all new homes, touch up work etc is required. Their team always does a good job, cleans up after themselves, Etc. Would definitely recommend!

I was promised that I would have home in 3 months took a year. Jody who runs the Owensboro, KY is a complete liar will promise you the moon and back. But does not stand by his word. I would never purchase a mobile home from their office and will always advise anyone of the broken promises and that their “word” means nothing.
Homes are 20 to 30 THOUSAND more than Edgewood homes in Williamsburg ky, same homes, also Edgewood charges half the price to drywall entire home as well, also charges a little less to deliver from over 200 miles away than clayton does from 35 miles away,, I compared, and overall going to cost me 31,000 dollars less for the same home. that is right $31,000.00, and that's just on the home, not counting the $ ill save on taxes, delivery. set up etc.Do your research people!!!!
I purchased my home there less then 3 years ago. I floor is falling through and my roof is leaking. I took the extra warranty protection, they will not cover floor or roof. I contacted clayton's only to be told that that warranty covers appliances. It covered more than that. My owners packet contains information that the roof has a 20 year warranty. I would suggest renting or living in a shack before making a big purchase through them.

My daughter was suppose to get her home the first of Oct and now it maybe Nov. what the he'll is the matter with you people. saying you never said anyt5to them about parts being backordered and when corporate calls you, you deny everything. what kind of business do you run? I guess since its already played for you don't care. I won't recommend you to anyone and I suggest you work on your customer service!
7 months since install called multiple time they do always send people out to do repairs but there is really no repair for a rig job like they've done to my home talked to the manager multiple times about the block work. Pics in comments hole in floor nails poking out of trim trim has big enough gaps to slide your hand in do not buy from Clayton in owensboro.
