On le of the few locations that really is there for you. They strive on customer service and loyalty. You should really give them a chance.
This place jerked us around for nearly 2 months, they told us we were approved to buy a mobile home, they had us come all the way from GA to walk through and pick what we wanted and then ordered it. We called to check on everything after about a week and they told us that something went wrong and we were no longer approved. They wasted our time and got our hopes up only to let us down. I would not do business with these people. This place is a joke.
Clint Murphy needs to be fired! Never even met me during the time I was trying to buy a home! Then after 2 deals fell through due to appraisal from Vanderbilt mortgage he tried to keep $1,000.00 down payment. I got in touch with corporate and got my money back and I'm still going through with a with an official compliant! For 4 days after corporate promised me that Clint would call it never happened.
