worst experience ever. I don't recommend this company to anyone. To bad you can't give them no star! The experience of buying a home should never have been this difficult. Wish we would have walked that day we was thinking about it! From experience don't but from this company unless you want a lot of problems. My days never end because of all the problems I have to deal with because of this company.
The houses are great! i absolutely love my home. Only problem i do have is the service getting them out to fit the mistakes that are here when you get the trailer to your spot is awful!!! I have had every single excuse as to why they over looked my appointments! Took 3 months for my appointment to finally be fulfilled ... Then only fixed a few of the issues. Was told parts would be in Friday and jerry would set up another spot the week after to get the rest of the issues fixed. Still waiting on a call back 3 weeks later. Hor... read more

Worst customer service, don’t answer any calls.
I had the most horrible experience anyone could have especially being a first time home buyer. My home is beautiful I love it but these people I just don't know the service they gave me through out the whole process of buying my new home was horrible. Then they lose the keys to my home 2 days before I'm suppose to move in how do you lose keys to a brand new home and had to come change the locks.
