If anyone is looking to buy a manufactured home do not go to Clayton in Conroe! We have been fighting with them for over 18 months now to get things fixed. Before our 12 month warranty was up I made sure that they had a list of everything that we were still waiting on listed. I knew they had a new service manager and wanted to make sure that she knew everything. Contacted corporate finally got the smoke detector fixed after 18 months! Just received a phone call. Clayton Homes Conroe was incredible through the entire process. Grant happily answered all of my questions - and I had a lot of questions - and walked us through every step. Isaiah was incredible too - they both came out to the Welcome Home meeting and made sure we had everything we needed. Great people, great business, so happy to have worked with them. :)
