Becareful when you buy a home from them. Make sure your job is secure. If you should lose your job and are unable to pay your MORTGAGE they will put on your reference info that you were renting and didn't pay your rent!!! Not sure if their MORTGAGE company is aware of this or if their the ones doing it!!! Sometimes life can throw you a crew before you even know it!!!! JUST BEWARE!!!!
