Absolutely horrible craftsmanship! My fiance bought one of you homes a year ago and from day one there have been so many issues! He called for repairs starting within the 1st week, a few times a so called repair man came out, he never finished the list called and never got returned calls! The exterior light for the back still doesn't work! Within weeks, the rails came off one of the kitchen drawers, tne shower head fell off while showering, a crack in the hall bath ceiling! It is an absolute joke they're polished thirds that lose the polish about the time your warranty wears off. I have two babies and my husband's a disabled vet. I don't see how they sleep at night. Makes me absolutely sick!
My Mother In-law was meant to have moved in before Thanksgiving, and then it changed to Christmas and it’s now January 27 and still cannot move into the house! The light switches don’t work properly, the light switches are crooked on the wall, the trim is full of finger prints and filthy dirty! Rusty was great. But the quality of this 80k home we bought is way below standards. 5 years into our new home, and we are having all sorts of manufacturing problems...light switches, outlets, flooring, the whole set of kitchen lights, etc, etc! When this was built, they did just enough to cover the warranty🤬Now, along with our mortgage, we have to spend money that we shouldnt have to ON A BRAND NEW HOME
Clayton homes of Neosho is awesome! We were in there a few weeks back and talked to Chad, He was very helpful, answered all my husbands questions.. I am totally in love with The Lloyd, I loved it from the first time I stepped into it. Today we went back to talk to Chad and he was out to Lunch so we talked to Morgan, Once again he took us back to show us " my " home again, and he answered all our questions..
