We bought our home 13 years ago and have had nothing but one problem after the other. Siding and shingles blowing off, leaky roof, windows and doors, uneven floors, poor insulation in floors, windows and doors breaking, furnace died, counters and cabinets falling apart, cheap trim falling off everywhere, smoke alarms never worked, and I'm sure there is much more I am missing. Ok flood plans a little prices for trails an I don't hold,my breath for call back they definitely don't seem to be interested and helping unless they know you have all the money I was looking for a small single wide or double-wide nothing very big trying to stay under 50000 and get financing through them I have to keep calling to get any answers to my question

Just bought our first house from Tracy Davis at Clayton of Delmar. Best exsperience we could have ever asked for. She made buying a house easy and affordable. Worked with us to get good rates and to get us approved. She was always there to answer any questions. If your looking to buy a new house go see her! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything better ❤️

Omg Jeff and June are wonderful. The whole Clayton Homes of Delmar are great. I have been in my home for a year and I am loving the choice that I made by choosing Clayton's. June and Jeff were/are great. It was times I wanted to give up, but they both had a lot of patience with me and convinced me not to. I thank them so much for everything. I went to a lot of builders but every time I came back to them. Again I thank you and I highly recommend anyone to believe in and give Clayton's a try.
