They dragged their feet with the home selection process. They actually asked us to bring up information on their own product because they weren’t knowledgeable of their own product. The sales person , if you can say that, didn’t respond in a timely fashion and didn’t seem to want our business After getting no results about the house we wanted, we decided to change our minds in buying their product. Great reception great service very happy with staff there
Clayton Homes is top notch from beginning to end. They don’t stop even when they hand you the keys. Had a issue today and we have been in our home since July and they were right on it! Not to many businesses are about customer services and it is always a blessing to deal with one that is. I highly recommend our sales person, Linda she was great, Chuck the project manager kept us informed, Service did great with issues from the home settling a little. General Manager Jeff has a great team. Couldn’t be happier!!!
Having my home for 3 1/2 years now. Love the layout. But I've already had to replace the water heater, do major repairs to the ac. And even within the first year having people from Clayton's come work in the kitchen. My kitchen island is still not secure. It's falling apart. I've had to use tape to hold part of it together. And my counter tops in the kitchen are bubbling and coming off. Again, tape holds it on. It's very upsetting because I love the layout of the kitchen.
