I will say that the staff is very friendly. Armando is a joy to work with. However, if you have bad credit, they won't fight to get you into the home you're wanting. They only sent our application to 2 lenders and were denied by both. We were even willing to put alot of money down, but still no help.

We went to all of the manufactured home vendors in Austin and Clayton Homes was the best choice. They have great customer service and their homes are beautiful. I felt that they did all they could to help us and get us a home at an affordable price.
