Chris answered all my questions, every time I asked to look at the house again he took me to look again. Never once did he not answer when I called. We got our home, had a few issues, we called and they came right away to correct them. I would buy from them again. And I want to say thank you Chris for your patience and determination to get us in as fast as we wanted. A a big shout out to Emilia and Caesar you two rock.
Good selection of homes and outstanding people to help you. The mortgage company we used is good though the amount of information needed seemed a little excessive I guess It’s the way things are today. Over all I would highly recommend them.

What I think is don is a great story teller. And there home's are not worthy of being sold to the American people. Been trying to get the front and back door's fixed. But it's the same thing over and over, come out and adjust the Screws. Front door has a gap at top because they had to much weather stripping on bottom. Back door pops open, now you got to slam it. Plastic and wood chips under floor said it was air bubbles that was b.s. Staples all over the place, putty and caulking on sinks and tubs. Was told to get a scrubber... read more

Bought a home in July '16, told Don Lopez this would be my last home and he said he would fix us up with a great house. That was lie #1. This house has 3 bathrooms and has a total of 3 drawers, in the kitchen. All cabinets, Really? We have 5 family members and we get the smallest refridgerator possible, with no icemaker and no way to hook one up. Already had to buy bigger refidgerator.
