Walked in their office was greeted by a woman. I wanted to walk the lot and see the floor plans. Apparently she's lazy. She is my wife a few questions. She must only want to help people that have perfect credit and a large down payment. We asked about looking at the floor plans on the lot. The only thing she did was handed us a couple of flyers showing the different layouts. If you're going to buy a home and you want people to work with you and show you their product. Just drive up the street to Solitaire homes.

Contractors go above and beyond when they come out to repair/fix a problem... Polite and pleasant attitude... my ecobee thermostat went off due to the power flickering and the guy there to replace the front door lock took the time to show me how to reset it ....I appreciate that .
We got the run around from another builder. The team at Clayton was truly a breathe of fresh air. Diane Davis (sales rep extraordinaire!) and Shelly Cruz made this experience pain free and enjoyable. Just over a week from closing to having our forever home on site (with changes we asked for) is amazing. This entire team was a pleasure to work with and look forward to having them out to our house warming party soon!
Taylor Bradshaw is an amazing sales person! She knows her homes and she doesn't try to over sell you on something! she's just great! She definetly communicates with you... especially if you text. She is very responsive! The awards she has recieved from Clayton Homes she totally deserves! Taylor you go above and beyond the call of duty!
just dont do it...worst experience in my life. The manger was horrible and talked to us like we were trash!! I wouldn't recommend clayton to anyone...we still have stuff under neither our kitchen floors and our carpet has a huge crease in it. and isnt installed correctly. Don was a complete joke had serval sales people over the course of buying... trust me dont do it....if you do most of everything they tell you is a lie so be very careful.
I ended up stopping by on my lunch break, wow... I received so much good info, this made my decision easier... I'll be back once I get my tax return! highly recommend.
I recommend Christopher Patrick he got us in our home very quickly and we could not be happier neither could our son he loves running up and down the house. We have had a wonderful experience with them truly appreciate everything they did for us.
