Jareth of Clayton Homes is incredibly helpful. We stopped in just to look around and he spent so much time with us. We were new to the area and weren’t sure what route we were going to take. Even though we ended up not getting a home with them, we kept in touch with Jareth and we’d bug him constantly for recommendations of local businesses and what not. Great guy and great company.
We visited to purchase a new home for elderly parents. Dan was very understanding and helpful dealing with them. He not only offered them a nice home, he presented a full package deal with land and setup. While we did not ultimately purchase the home from Clayton, Dan was invaluable in locating land for the homesite, at no gain to Clayton Homes. Thanks Dan for your help. A great team to work with.
Had a very pleasant experience with the new general manager Jareth Guerra. Highly recommend speaking with him if you plan on purchasing a manufactured home. He turned all my concerns into dreams. Could not have been more pleased.
