Getting the home and approved was easy and quick. However very many things wrong with home. Had 2 different people come out and tell me they had to order supplies. Both bathrooms leaked and caused black mold and rotted walls and floors. Been 2 years and now I am having to fix it Bc no one would ever come fix it.

our electric bill went from 350-400 to no greater than 145. super cozy. Dan the saleman was great to our family hes super awesome. the technician comes anytime we need him and hes very attentive and friendly. we recomend clayton homes of Longview to everyone who's looking to buy a house.
