The worst company to buy a home from. We have had nothing but problems since we bought this house. The repairs have been put off and put off for 2 YEARS! Even though the things that needed to be fixed are UNDER WARRANTY! Then they told us they would fix a list of things only to show up and say that we never talked about that. Made appts made sure we were home all for them not to show up. All I ever do is get gaslighted by this company. Will never ever buy from this company again. My daughter and husband bought a Clayton home and it's been nothing but junk. Several months of being told the repairs would be made and nothing. Now the house has mold and water damage due to the roof not being repaired correctly and in a timely manner. It's to the point they are having a hard time even being able to live in it. I don't recommend buying a Clayton home.
