We had a great experience at Clayton homes. Joe Freeman was great! We were always greeted with a friendly face at Clayton Homes! Mike and Sal were awesome and very helpful. Wendy was very thorough throughout the whole walk through and friendly. We love our home and the experience we had getting it!!!

i stopped by this location, I was greeted By Tim Willis very freindly had great conversation found out he just came in from NC exactly the area i will be working with natives in cherokee area..so number1..countryboy from NC #2 he greeted at the door, walked me to e ery united i wanted see, even let me look at ones we BOTH knew i couldnt afford..but you know what,,that tells me hes willing go "thatextra mile" to make his customers happy!! my son and daughter are in "retail" so im looking for "friendliness, helpful, and the fa... read more
I suggest you start following SC laws on transporting mobile homes. I will be calling SC DOT tomorrow to report your unsafe and illegal transportation and blocking all 4 lanes of Wade Hampton at 6 pm.

Stay clear from these people they are under investigation from the feds for predatory loan practices.Do not ever sign anything about the 1,000 deposit.They lie ,they are slow they will not contact you.Vanderbuilt and 21st century mortgage and clayton are the same company.The lenders have also been under investigation by the feds. Just trust me, email me at givencorey0228@tutanota.Com for proof and anyone intrested in a class action lawsuit
I was supposed to be in my house already. 2 years ago actually. BUT....someone got rather lazy and never sent off our paperwork (we even had loan company calling us asking where the paperwork was, even tho is wasn't our job to send it out) So thanks. I've had to live in apartment for 2 more years :)
