Having forgotten my appointment a week ago, one I had already re-scheduled (how embarrassing), I was relieved at the courtesy, friendliness, and patience of the staff. My 8:15 appointment went smoothly (no time to read SOUTHERN LIVING--or watch Fox tv -- certainly thankful for THAT. . .). After a wonderful cleaning and tooth check, I was grateful to get a good report and be on my way (after pay) by 9 a. m. Thanks!
Ruth was excellent! I love how quick and efficient my cleaning was. The staff is so friendly and nice! The office is always clean and inviting. Dr. Grubbs is a really great dentist and his staff make me feel like they really care about me, my teeth, and my life! I love the efficiency, the care, and the premier customer service given at this office!
