My husband and I got the gastric sleeve and we had an amazing experience. Wonderful staff @ the Arlington office (Brandy and JC) and I thank you Dr. Frenzal for changing our lives. We both lost over 100lbs EACH!!!
Almost after a year 2 EDG's , x-ray and upper GI . Dr Frenzal tells me very coldly that he can't help me . Was a big waste of time . But I did find another doctor with more experience and talent . And she was able to take out all scar tissue and do the DS procedure on me . So very Happy with my results so far !
It was a blessing to find Dr.F....there was a time in my life where I felt very uncomfortable about talking about my weight but he made the whole experience a great one. I had weight loss surgery several years back I have nothing but great respect for this Dr....we are even planning skin removal! I literally trust him with my life...
well personally i havent had any issue with this surgery since day 1 everybody was nice and helpfull in all my questions its been 9 months sinces i had my surgery and i feel amazing I TOTALLY RECOMMENDED CAUSE IT ACTUALLY WORKS AND THEY ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION TO YOU ALL THE TIME.. PLUS HABLAN ESPANOL

I went to this doctor on February 24 for a consult. Was interested in lapband revision and some follow up cosmetic surgery, some of which I knew I would be paying for myself. Have been told that office administrator is working with my insurance company but haven't been able to get anyone to return a phone call despite repeated requests. Dr. Frenzel may be a great doctor, but his staff isn't doing him any favors and is more than likely causing him to lose business. I'm ready to look elsewhere!!!
I personally do not recommend this surgeon. I was waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, which I understand things happen. The doctor was not upfront about me about his concerns and decided to go ahead and book with me as soon as possible but I find out from the staff he wrote concerns in his notes about doing the procedure later rather than sooner.
