Shout out to Miss Latisha @ Dr. Frenzel's office. She was so helpful with all of my moms questions. We have been trying to have her consider the sleeve surgery for years. My mom was so scared to come in but she said miss Latisha answered all her questions to the T over the phone and went over and beyond. She even shared her personal experience with her lapband, which is rare these days. Thank you for treating her so well Miss Latisha!
I recently had hernia surgery with DR. FRENZEL and I could not be more pleased. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and so caring. You are not a number and are never rushed through. They take the time to get to know you and ask you the important questions as well as taking the time that allows you to ask questions. I would truly recommend Dr. Frenzel and his staff to anyone. Such a breath of fresh air to find a Dr. and staff who truly cares.
