Needed to talk about styles and prices. I left with only brochures.
We were very pleased with the work Blake in the service department gave us. We had a blowout that caused wiring issues they fixed but the one that gets me is the repair to my countertop where a Wallflower from Bath and Body ate through it. You can barely see the repair. Thanks for the good work.
Came in to have our RV repaired. New roof, drain hose from refrigerator replaced, new skylights, new awning, slide swings replaced, electric jack installed, new locks, and a few more minor things (hot water heater anode, etc) needles to say, spent a lot of money. (Over 7k) was not expecting to have our jar of change in cabinet stolen, my flashlights in bedside drawer or my tap light on bedside table taken also. Really? Note to other customers.... Remove all valuables!!!!!
I called Clays and asked about bringing our KZ in to get a slide looked at and was told by the lady that she could get it in Wednesday. When I asked about the warranty she informed me that if I wanted to claim it on warranty and being that we didn't buy the trailer from them it would be atleast three months before they could possibly work on it ... because they take care of "their" customers first. Needless to say we took our trailer five hours out of the way to the KZ dealer we bought our trailer from and they took care of ... read more
From a very good friend of mine who took it up there yesterday. I have one also having the same problem and so glad to see him post this so I didn't make the same mistake he did...... (Quote) "I'm not one to normally bash a local business, but Clay's RV in West Monroe will never get another dime of my money. They refuse to service my RV due to I didn't buy it from there and it's under warranty might I add. And when they did service work in the past, their work was substandard and took forever.
