Recommendedthe family and I went this past weekend to look at a rockwood fifth wheel rv at Clay's and the salesman Mr.paul was very knowledgeableand helpful, since we are newbies at the rv world. so it just helped us know what we want to buy.we will go back when we get closer to buying. thanks
We drove to Clay's RV from TX to look at a fifth wheel we saw on their website. Marcy was our sales person and she was super to work with. The folks there bend over backwards to help the customer. Joe was the one who did the walk thru and he was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. We will recommend Clay's highly and would return if we ever are looking for another unit.

This was the most fantastic experience I’ve ever had customer service was on point Melissa in part did outstanding on getting all of my parts and warranties 2003 Durango fifth wheel camper needed a lot of TLC and clays gave it to it thank u so much for this wonderful experience
Bought my Columbus 389 FL last April . Had a few problems with it but the staff at Clays always jump right on it when ever I’m in town. Can’t say enough about girls up front that are directing the choir in the back. Would highly recommend Clays RV . Terrific sales staff also!
i bought a 2019 puma travel trailer on dec. 8th 2018 . it sat in my yard for two weeks before we used it . after getting everything ready to use the trailer we noticed that the rubber on the roof was torn all down one side . obviously it was like that when i bought it but i never got on the roof to inspect it ( brand new trailer) . looks as though somebody drug it under something . i carried back to clays only to find out that warranty wont cover the roof . not to mention that the heater nor the light above the stove works. ... read more
Rude. They do not do their job. I don’t understand how they are still in business.
Very disappointed with sales and service ...wish I could go back in time ...I’d sure do things differently
