They provide good behavior and addiction services. Out of all my councilors Rachael Mills is the best. Caring, respectful and will help you when needed.
The very first person I met here was my wonderful counselor Rachael Mills. Rachael has been the most kind and compassionate person I've ever spoke with in a medical setting. I was very nervous during my evaluation and she was so patient with me. I was met with such kindness and understanding, as well as encouragement! I go to CTc in Sussex county and Ms Danielle is my counselor and she is the best she really saved me from my addiction and she is just the best at what she does.
This place let me go for MONTHS without billing my insurance. And not letting me know that my insurance wasn't paying. Then made me sign a grant program which paid my bill. I had great insurance. Long story, I lost my insurance. Then a month later they give me 2 weeks notice that the grant was ending and I was going to have to self pay $200 a month just to see the dr. I hope they get SUED when dozens of ppl go back to their addiction. something shady is going on there. I've never seen anything like this. It's not right
I hav been going here for the past 1 year and half everyone is great friendly and helpful. Jenna Mahalik my case manager is super intelligent and knows her stuff. She gets an A from me keep up the work Jenna you have helped me to where I’m at today gracias
