Claymont are a brilliant group of people I have always found them to be an extraordinarily professional and caring company. It is hard to find in our world today people who go the extra mile to look after the small details that make life better. Dont do business with this company. They promise and do not deliver. They run on lies and fulfill nothing.
Claymont was the worst experience of my life, they got the 1 star as I had to give them somethimg to comment. They took everything from us with such shonky dealings. They can not be trusted and will tell you what you want to hear. Please be warned. Check out corner (Lakey St & homes road) Southern River for there quality work. Neighbors that didn't even build with them have lost so much value in there properties to just for living across the road. This development is that bad.
