Outstanding in every way - so good that we (my whole family and I) drive up from NSW for dental care with Ros.
First time walking into this practice today, turns out it was the wrong practice as I had the address incorrect. When we arrived the older reception lady was very rude and barked a "hello" which made us feel we had already put her out just by interrupting her. When we said we had an appointment the exact words she replied was "not here you don't'. Thank goodness it was the wrong practice as that "welcome" was our first impression of this dental clinic.
