I would definitely not recommend working with this company as I’m currently renting a unit from them in Dallas. Clay has been very hard to reach many times and I had to use the real estate agent Kelly Gurnee to get things done for the first few months when I moved in. Not only have the blinds broken multiple times the second bedroom is infested with ants. No one here on the property, maintains the overflow of leaves that fly into the units patio. Went for an open house in Frisco and arrived during the showtime but nobody was there. I called and they said they would check and call me back. Never did! Lost a potential buyer and very unprofessional
