So I went for an appointment and on the phone was told that it would be 95 dollars for the visit. When I got there they asked for my insurance then said it would be 175 instead of 95 because I had not met my deductible. The 95 dollars is if you weren’t going they insurance. I said fine don’t go thru the insurance and they said that they couldn’t do that because of there agreement with the insurance companies. I went for an annual physical last week. She ordered me high blood pressure medicine even though I told her it is not usually high and had wanted me to record it for a couple weeks. Also didn’t tell me she was prescribing it and didn’t prescribe what I asked her for. I called the beginning of week to speak about the mix up, left 2 messages before finally insisting to speak with someone 4 days later. This place is a joke. Doctor order some lab work for me and a drug test. She never specified what type of drug test so Lab Corp called them to get a clarification. The medical assistant told them that the doctor was with a patient and was getting aggervated because of being interrupted. Well if you would have done your job right you wouldn't have to do it again.
This pace is a JOKE and the office manager is a rude nasty person!! Wanting to have the Dr call me about a refill on a depression med so I dont have to go to the office in the peek of this pandemic and she said he won't! more likely she hasn't asked him to! Will NEVER go back after 15 years of going here

I went there in order to get my high blood pressure prescription! I went in June and they gave me a 3 month script and now they r telling me I need to be seen again or they will not refill my script. I have had HBp for over 15 years no other physician has made me come in every 3 months to get my script refilled. They’re a rip off to say the lease and very unethical to extort patients into coming into the office unnecessarily in order to make a buck!
This place is a RIP off!! I took my son in for a sports physical and they insisted on a complete physical and wanted to charge me for a service that wasn't requested. In addition to that they performed an EKG that was administered incorrectly and therefore gave a inaccurate reading. Therefore they recommended my son see a cardiologist. Took him to see the other cardiologist and EKG was administered correctly and NO corcerns from there. Don't waste your time. I waited 4 hours, 4 HOURS for my daughters physical and shots. Every time I come here I have to wait 2 hours just to come and get seen. Might as well have gone to the ER for what I needed. Ridiculous.
I waited an hour and a half with an appointment only to be skipped... avoid at all costs... going to file a complaint
