I have lived @ Clay Park for almost two years now and it honestly isn't as bad as the other reviews make it seem. Taking one star off because I think the building is still over priced for what you get in return, but hey that's all of San Francisco. Also because my unit doesn't have an unit washer/dryer. No door for 3 weeks and counting, after 3 separate package burglaries, property is considered a 'nuisance' Edit adding a photo of the missing guard. Having a guard stationed for SOME BUT NOT ALL of the time is NOT secure!
After my experience, I just feel like I've been scammed of $600. I've been super excited about Clay Park Tower. The location, the pictures of the ads, W/D in unit etc. Unfortunately like many other reviews state, it's always been difficult to get in contact and schedule a tour.
