Beware of Claymaxey had my car thirty days had to go to shop. Now they don’t want repair it so they are so wonderful they are buying back my car!! The added bonus is 300 $ down payment gone first payment I made 155$ got four brand new tires I put on the car that cost me 500$!!! Also they deferred a 900$ payment for me that was due September 15! Eddie Ragland was AWESOME! He was so patient and understanding while helping us look for a car. He got us in our vehicle quick and easy. We even got to hear some stories while we waited which was so calming because our nerves were everywhere!!!! Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
After some miscommunications Hope and Rob in the service department were helpful with getting repairs done and understanding with my frustrations during the process. The initial purchase over a year ago was exactly how it was supposed to be with no surprises. They had my work done quicker than I had expected and contacted me every step of the way.
We had a blowout on motorhome that did damage to brakes etc. They helped us to get the insurance company information and provided transportation and were very accommodating in every way to make us as confortable as possible while we waited for repairs. Allowed us the first night to stay in motorhome with 110 power before they started repairs. Had nice lounge with free drinks and snacks.
Very helpful and friendly employees. The waiting room smells like a litter box though.

It’s been almost a year since purchasing my third vehicle from clay maxey. I recently started having issues with a shaking in the front end so I took it in to the shop. They told me the tire was out of round. I asked them to be sure and check the front end parts because I hadn’t had any issues with the tires and have had those for a while. They said they checked the front end parts and everything was fine.
