CUSTOMER SERVICE! We traveled 2 hours to Harrison to visit our daughter and her husband on 10/23/20. Our F150, that we did not buy from Maxey Ford, was giving us multiple fault messages and we lost the air conditioner, radio, window controls and dash lights were coming and going. after a horrible few experiences with our local Ford dealership in Branson,MO I called Clay maxey Ford to set up an appointment for my truck to be serviced. when I arrived the lady who checked my vehicle in remembered our conversation and knew exactly what I needed done. upon completion when I went to pay for my oil change the lady checking me out went over everything that was done and showed me the checklist of everything they inspected which I haven't gotten from tri lakes for a long time now. At first I had a rough experience with clay Maxey, but after going back and talking with Joey and grice they completely changed my opinion on their dealership. I highly recommend going down to clay Maxey if your looking for a new or used car. They are a family business and will do whatever it takes to earn your business!!
