I rarely make a negative review but this was worthy. We were on a charter flight and this was designated FBO in SNA. We pulled up to a gate and were asked to pull over and would be escorted on the ramp in the car to the plane. We waited over 20 minutes for an escort. The whole process had to add 30 minutes. Compare to leaving out of ACI when you get dropped at the door and walk out to the plane. Having owned planes or charter over last 30 years I cannot imagine why anyone would use Clay Lacy. My name is Jim Hensley and I am the founder of American Jet Charter is Oklahoma City. We are celebrating our 40th year in business this coming August. I flew our Citation Encore to SNA on June 24th. I checked notams for the airport on ForeFlight. I did not scroll down to the older notams and missed the one about calling prior to arriving to avoid fees.
