The customer service at Clay is nonexistent. I can’t even get in contact with the office because they simply do not answer their phones. I’m still waiting on a very important medical referral. It’s been weeks that I’ve been trying to sort this referral. I was assured that it was in process, but apparently it was never handled. I found this out only when my appointment with the doctor I need the referral for cancelled my appointment, because the referral was never received. I am very much unhappy with the front desk and team. I had some important thing missed in my appointment , I tried to call them many times, it just goes to answering voice mail. When they call I will be busy with my baby . They don’t have an account system where we can directly message the doctor concerned . It is so frustrating. We need to have a medication and they don’t answer the call. The doctor said she would refill but not still done .
Dr. Kochy is an excellent physician however the new customer service is not good at responding to voice message nor text messages. This is definitely needs to be improved. My family and I have been her patients for over 20yrs. And I've never not be able to get a response like this before.
Amazing! I could NOT believe how easy and helpful the staff and Dr. Carrie were! I've never had a better experience at an office: I didn't wait long in the reception area, Dr Carrie Thompson asked about ALL of my prescriptions and helped me figure out blood work, hormone levels, supplements etc. After we'd talked for awhile she even asked if I had any more questions....WHAT? My husband and I joined Clay Health earlier this year, and it has been amazing! This is the way healthcare should be. Their staff has all been so pleasant and helpful. The doctors are incredible and so knowledgeable. Their goal is overall wellness, and getting you to feel your best! I’ve had a complicated health history, and I feel so well taken care of by the doctors at Clay.
