This creepy guy sent me an unsolicited email asking me to sell my house, as-is no questions asked, in style of the "Ugg buys ugly houses" scam. This crosses the line of acceptable communications. I'm considering filing complaints. EDIT: It's very cute that Clay doesn't like my "tone". I don't like him scouring public records for my personal information, or buying it from data brokers, and sending me sleazy, harassing emails with my home address on the subject line. We had a great experience working with Clay and he helped us find the perfect house. He was definitely in our corner throughout the process and didn't pressure us. He's very knowledgeable about San Francisco real estate and seems to know everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
I can't say enough good things about Clay. We met with a few other realtors to do our due diligence before making the choice, but after our first conversation the others paled in comparison.
