good size house, very nice workers
Disgusting. Mold everywhere. The windows leak when it rains. They made it almost impossible to use the pool when it was open and then closed it because they said nobody ever came. An insurance scam if I've ever seen one. Run from this place. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut this place down.
Where do I being. I have lived in the apartments for 5+ yrs. It is in the school district that my son has come up through all his friends go there so did not want to take him out of the district. In the past 3 yrs the rent has gone up over $300. They have not made any improvements to the apartment. The carpets was put in 30 yrs ago. There are cracks between the ceiling and walls (that I filled in with flex seal) more about why that was done later.
