Safe place to live.
Great place to live! The apartments are the largest around. Only 6 units to a building. We have a great building and it is quiet. Issues are handled quickly and professionally. There are some bad reviews, but these reviews come from people that YOU don't want to live near and they left.
I love this place. It is nice and quiet. The complex is well taken care of and the leasing office and maintenance do a great job. Plenty of parking. The apartments are remodeled and cozy. Apartments do not share walls with other apartments, only the floors. I recommend it!!
I’m not sure why this complex has such low reviews. I lived here for three years in a two bedroom with den, and I absolutely loved it. They kept the grounds and hallways of the apartment buildings extremely clean. They even re stained the porches every few years and re mulched the lower levels as needed. Maintenance was incredibly attentive and trustworthy.
