Disgusting. Mold everywhere. The windows leak when it rains. They made it almost impossible to use the pool when it was open and then closed it because they said nobody ever came. An insurance scam if I've ever seen one. Run from this place. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut this place down.
Where do I being. I have lived in the apartments for 5+ yrs. It is in the school district that my son has come up through all his friends go there so did not want to take him out of the district. In the past 3 yrs the rent has gone up over $300. They have not made any improvements to the apartment. The carpets was put in 30 yrs ago. There are cracks between the ceiling and walls (that I filled in with flex seal) more about why that was done later. Lived here for 3 years and got nothing but compliments Becky is rude and unprofessional found black mold and they just painted over it. Rent continues to go up and they took the pool away. There was a stabbing last year too in one of the parking lots. Not worth it for the amount to live here to be treated so terribly and for black mold to be just go untreated. Code enforcement will be contacted.
It's ok to live there
Does anyone even work here? Called and left several messages and no return call. Just wondering how does your Property even function without any communication 🤔.
