I highly recommend this clay county transmission location in middleburg! Dave, the Manager is a very knowledgable and honest guy. He was very insightful and helpful with my BMW; he did not take advantage of me by stating I need more work than necessary. I plan to send more business his way! If you need any work to your vehicles stop by and see Dave!!!
My husband paid them over $1500 to fix his truck, when it started having the same issue and he called the owner of the shop he was told it was our problem. The truck can not be driven now and we are out the money. This place is a joke and a rip off in my opinion, have some integrity and stand by your work!!
Very rude not helpful and poor customer service
thank you so much for your help I was broke down with no one to help me and these guys came to my rescue and got me back on the road. they also rebuilt my husband transmission and it still going great😀
I am completely satisfied and impressed with this shop for several reasons. First of all I was greeted very quickly when walking into the shop. The employees were very kind and cordial. The best part was when I was pleasantly surprised with the news of the diagnosis for my car. What I feared might be a transmission rebuild turned out to be a computer problem. Jackie Brouillette · July 10, 2018 Matt took his work van here on Saturday morning for a water leak and a few other "mysterious" problems. He had his van back by Monday afternoon in perfect order..there was a small problem when we picked it up, with a coil pack on one plug that cracked, and they replaced it free of charge because they weren't sure if it was cracked or if it cracked when the mechanic removed it.
