This dealership provided an extremely disappointing customer experience. I visited after being promised multiple services, but those commitments were not fulfilled. Even an automated car vending dealership would have provided a more reliable and efficient experience.
Very pleased with the staff easy going , friendly and got the numbers right where I wanted them. Shout out to Ms. Ricki Guerrero , Ms Kish, and Mr.Chase in finance for making my experience a great one. From helping with extra coverage and getting my new car detailed. Thanks Staff !!!
This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my car in at 8 AM for an oil change and detail that they’ve been “too busy” for the detail. It somehow took 6 hours for an oil change yet there’s no time for the detail? I was offered to bring my car in next weekend for it likely to be the same story for a 4th time and leaving me car-less for majority of the day. I love my VW but this has been a frustrating experience every time.
Request Jason at service, he explains things very well. I trust him over other members at this place. Thankful for Jason’s help today
