Very very unprofessional! Bf got a vehicle here and the moon roof had a leak (didn’t notice until it rained )and the floors would be soaked with water and started growing mold. He asked to get it fixed and they told him he waited too long to bring it in so he would have to pay out of pocket. Car had no oil and let him take it off the lot, that way. Didn’t have a loaner until the next day. The service manager was more help than anyone else there. He had a warranty but for some reason no one could find it until hours/days late... read more
