When reaching out through the tech service, they said that they would have to have a person or service manager call or text me to get my information. Very disappointing experience with the service department. They charge $100 just to inspect your vehicle. A year ago, I had repairs done here that ended up costing nearly three times what a reputable local shop later quoted for the exact same job. Now, just one year later, the part they installed has already started to fail.
