Parts and services is very unprofessional. As a business there isn’t any communication from one another and my refund check has been held or should I say haven’t even been put in the system, going on 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. After numerous of phone calls, complaints, pleading, they still fail to follow any instruction that was asked.
